MYRE Capital hires Nitin Virmani as Head of Marketing

MYRE Capital, the Neo-Realty investment platform, has appointed Nitin Virmani as its Head of Marketing to reinforce its leadership team and advance its mission of democratizing commercial real estate investments for both retail and HNI investors. Nitin, a seasoned marketing professional with a focus on the digital ecosystem, has worked with leading B2B, B2C brands, and agencies.

In his role, Nitin will spearhead MYRE Capital’s efforts to establish a robust brand positioning by enhancing performance marketing and CRM capabilities. The goal is to offer a diverse range of investment products to investors under Nitin’s strategic leadership.

With an Executive MBA from IIM Rohtak and over 11 years of experience, Nitin has led digital strategy, channel marketing, performance, and growth marketing for various brands. Previously, he played a key role in digital acquisition and growth at the School Ed-Tech unicorn, LEAD, and managed digital marketing operations for Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd. His agency experience includes leading account management for major brands such as Hyundai India, Times Jobs, DS Group, Burger King India, among others.

Aryaman Vir, Founder & CEO of MYRE Capital, expressed confidence in Nitin’s addition to the senior leadership team. He highlighted MYRE Capital’s success in revolutionizing real estate investments and achieving substantial growth, with over 35,000 users on the platform and an AUM exceeding INR 220 crores.
