Infobip names Ben Lewis as Vice President of Marketing and Growth

Ben Lewis has been appointed as the Vice President of Marketing and Growth at the global cloud communications platform, Infobip. In his new role, Ben will lead the global marketing and growth function, with a focus on expanding the company’s market share and increasing brand awareness to meet ambitious growth targets. Adopting a customer-centric approach, he aims to position Infobip as the comprehensive omnichannel communications platform for all platforms.

Ben’s immediate priorities include the launch of Infobip’s One Communications Platform brand positioning across all audiences and channels to drive awareness. He plans to enhance customer marketing and growth capabilities by introducing initiatives such as account-based marketing. Additionally, by aligning the marketing and growth teams globally, Ben aims to unify all regions behind a common objective.

In the medium term, Ben will work on building Infobip’s global brand equity and fostering greater engagement with critical tier-one platform business customers. He also intends to increase visibility for Infobip’s self-service offering.

Ben, previously the VP of Strategic Commercial Innovation at Infobip, brings significant experience in global omnichannel communications to his new role. His past experience includes serving as the Director of Revenue Operations at U.S. messaging heavyweight OpenMarket, which was acquired by Infobip in 2020. Ben managed the transition of sales and accounts teams following the acquisition and has been part of the Infobip team since then.
